Prison Labor: Slavery by another other name

The 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution abolished slavery, except for persons who are incarcerated. This discussion highlights the common practice in Georgia of using "prison labor" both within the government and private sectors and the adverse economic effects this practice has on communities, families and the formerly incarcerated.
